I enjoy fitness, on any given day you can find me at the gym, outside running, or in the kitchen preparing low carb, low fat, low sugar, low flavor food.

Sometimes around the office I get called "Chef Boyardee" because in my past life I was a chef and I have a huge amount of knowledge when it comes to cooking.
